The other day I saw a post that said, “I only have 30 summers left and I want to enjoy every single one.” And I felt that in my soul.

I was reminded with jolting clarity of my mantra for this summer! All I want to do this summer is slow down, slow down in a way that resets my nervous system. I want to enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

This is the summer of repeat dinners, no-cooking meals, eating with our hands, only making recipes we know by heart, meals that happen outside!!

The truth is, none of us know how many summers we have left, but we have this one right now! And I want to make it memorable.

I don’t mean memorable in a big trips, flashy vacations kind of way…but in a “I really enjoyed who I was that summer” kind of way.

I want to look back at this summer and remember that I embraced every sun-soaked evening, every last-minute BBQ invite, every lazy coasting cloud.

One way I enjoy summer is all the summer bounty available! I love summer eating. It’s fresh! It’s quick! It’s juicy!

So here I have for you the full July Meal Plan that is packed with recipes that will make this summer insanely memorable!

For Fourth of July we’re making the best, loaded hot dogs and I give you a guide on how to make it the absolute best hot dog you’ve ever eaten!

We’re also making my Zesty Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad!

And my Garlicky, Saucy Tomato Pasta!

And my Peach and Prosciutto Grilled Pizza!

We have to devour these handheld In-N-Out Smash Tacos!

And so many more recipes!

It’s a meal plan that screams, WE’RE SUMMERING!

And I have the whole month already planned out for you! And I will include the downloadable grocery list for each week.

There are so many ways to slow down this summer. Make a list! Maybe one of them is to give someone else the task of meal planning?! (Me! I’ll do it for you!)

(Did you know that for just $5/month, I send out a monthly meal plan plus each week’s grocery list? That is just $1.25 A WEEK to have your dinners planned, with a printable weekly grocery list. This is also a way to support my small business💛)

Get the July meal plan here!

Here’s the prep-ahead guide, the downloadable grocery list, and links to all the recipes!
