Hi friends!
So, we’re making a change. This weekly email is moving to Substack—and I’ll be honest, we’re still figuring out exactly what that looks like. I already post longer personal essays here (you may have seen the one about praising God in the storm, or the 36 lessons piece), and now the weekly links and favorites are moving here too. The goal is for it to all live in one place and feel a little more like... me, in one spot.
Bear with us as we work out the format. It might look a little different week to week for a bit while we figure out what feels right. I appreciate you being here either way!
It’s been a great week and I’m honestly sad summer is coming to an end so quickly. But alas, I am ready for cooler weather and a good routine again.
Ok! On to the good stuff.
LINKS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT:
I’ve been talking about this round brush forever, and I’ll keep talking about it. Once I started using it to blow dry my hair, I barely touch a straightener anymore—the bounce is just good enough on its own. I have three sizes, and this is the 2½. Game changer.
This eyelet set from Target is the set that keeps on giving. I wore it in Aspen recently and got so many compliments. Love how easy it is to throw on and go, especially with these Quince sandals. Plus, the price is too good.
Also got the Skylight Calendar after approximately one million recommendations and I’m obsessed. I love organization and routines, and with the new house and school starting up, this is going to be so useful for keeping everyone’s lives in one place. Highly recommend.
And if you haven’t read this week’s Substack yet, I wrote about my rollercoaster relationship with trusting God the past four or five years. It took a lot of ups and downs, but I’ve tried to recap everything I’ve learned over this time and how I’m choosing to use it now.
I’m lowkey getting excited for fall to come solely for the new outfits. Rounded up a few of my current favorites here, but how good is this suede bag? It also happens to be part of the NSale so it’s marked way down.
Lastly, I’ve gotta share this gorgeous workout set I just got from Amazon. The color is so good. Will be wearing this on repeat this fall.
