📞 Hello? Hi. It’s me, Jen Glantz. Welcome to the 1-800-Bridesmaid, by Bridesmaid for Hire. A place where real stories are shared and your best advice is given.
This week: A woman who can’t find love needs your advice on whether she should even keep trying.
Last week: What would you do if your ex reached out 6-months later saying he made a giant mistake? This is what people told her she needs to do.

I’m 34, I’ve been single for three years, and I’m starting to think something might actually be wrong with me.
I’m not saying that for sympathy. I’m saying it because I’ve done the work. Therapy. The apps. Saying yes to setups. Going to things I didn’t want to go to. Putting myself out there in every way people tell you to.
I’ve been on maybe sixty dates in the last three years. A handful went somewhere. One lasted four months before he decided he wasn’t over his ex. One ended when I found out he’d been dating someone else the whole time.
My friends are married. Some are on their second kids. I am genuinely happy for them. I also spent last Saturday night eating crackers in bed watching a documentary about cults because I had nothing else to do.
I go to weddings alone. I leave early. I drive home and wonder what I’m doing wrong.
Everyone says it happens when you stop looking. That’s not helpful advice. I’ve tried that too.
I’m not desperate. I’m tired. There’s a difference.
What do I do when I’ve done everything right and it’s still not working?
-Rae

Bonnie Winston is a matchmaker. She’s on 1-800-Bridesmaid sharing her advice on what Gayle should do.
This Ellie Goulding song since I stumbled upon it last week. It’s such a good bop to turn up on your speakers and shake out your anxiety, excitement, or sadness to. Have you ever forced yourself to dance when you’re blue? Try it. AND THEN try not smiling just a tiny bit.
I am overly obsessed with this Milk glitter stick. The glitter is subtle. After my makeup is finished, I rub it on my eyes, nose, cheeks, and lips. It gives your face a little sparkle without looking like you’re heading to a Vegas nightclub (do people wear glitter to nightclubs???? someone tell meeeeee please).
A boxy white t-shirt that goes with everything
Also at OldNavy is this incredible pink bag that looks expensive
