We’re now nine months and $100,000 into pre-development at Bridge + Main, the first affordable housing project ever developed in Fairlee, VT.

The light at the end of the tunnel is still a ways off, but we’re hammering forward.

I’ll break down some of the hurdles we’re facing in my next posts. But first—I want to share our latest presentation on the project.

We use this to spark conversations with the community, town leadership, project partners, investors, lenders, you name it.

It’s a first impression that helps communicate our seriousness and that we’re all-in on making this project work.
