Some dinners just come together without trying too hard, simple seasoning, bold flavor, comforting and fresh. This is one of those meals that feels elevated but honestly comes together pretty fast.

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 tsp Magic Salmon Seasoning (or your favorite salmon seasoning blend)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra moisture)

  1. Pat salmon dry and season evenly with Magic Salmon seasoning.

  2. Lightly drizzle with olive oil if desired.

  3. Air fry at 375°F for 7-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  1. Toss broccoli with olive oil and seasonings.

  2. Place in air fryer with salmon.

  3. Cook at 375°F for 9 minutes until slightly crisp and tender.

This is where the comfort comes in buttery shrimp and a creamy, flavorful sauce.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2-3 tbsps butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to heat preference)

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 8 oz pasta (penne rigate or fettuccine works well)

  1. Season shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss well.

  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute per side until just starting to turn pink. Remove and set aside (they will finish cooking in the sauce).

  4. Pour heavy cream into the pan and stir, scraping up any flavor from the bottom.

  5. Add Parmesan cheese and remaining seasonings, including oregano and a tiny bit of lemon juice (1 tsp).

  6. Simmer gently until sauce thickens slightly.

  7. Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the pan and toss until fully coated.

Plate salmon alongside creamy shrimp pasta and crispy air-fried broccoli. The balance of flavors buttery seafood, bold Cajun spice, and fresh vegetables makes this a full, satisfying dinner.
