Instant this and instant that are the norms for our attention spans theses days. Whether the latest video, coverage, highlight, high score, k/d ratio, snap, or outrage, stress is a common factor in all our decision making. Snap judgments, instant assumptions, played tropes, or ignorant stereotypes are the norm because we don’t have time to evaluate any deeper, faster, or better because there is the next frantic moment after the next in the cavalcade of modern reality.

What if there was a way to cultivate relaxation, peace, and ease with everyday decisions?

Let’s start with the basics: if you are stressed out, you cannot make logical decisions.

That’s all there is to it. Solving this situation may take a lifetime to master, yet through early warning signs, decreased input of stress-inducing moments, and questioning the basic assumption that perhaps “I can’t handle this” or “it’s just too much,” you can change yourself and the world.
