I found my long lost earring on the street in a different country

October was a magical month. I started to get a full belly and entered my sixth month of pregnancy. I was on the metro last Saturday, and a group of women smiled at me and rushed to offer me a seat. I remember a few years ago, I got yelled at by a pregnant woman for sitting in priority seating on a full train (I was not paying attention and could not tell she was pregnant). Right after, the train conductor fined me in public for not validating my ticket. I remember crying on that train, wondering when it would be my time. And now, it’s here. It’s my turn! I’ve been attending weekly prenatal yoga classes to slow down and enjoy all the little changes that happen every week. I spent a glorious vacation hiking in the most spiritual place you could possibly spend October, in northern Scotland. The days are going by fast, telling me that change is coming.
