I have an alumni group of photographers that have joined me on workshops and tours in the past. In that group, I’ll share trips a day before I announce them - you know, loyalty!
Usually, it leads to a couple bookings and then I share things here.
Well, when I shared the details of my upcoming trip to Scotland with them a couple weeks ago, it went a bit crazy and the trip sold out within about 15 minutes.
As such, I wasn’t planning on sharing the trip with the newsletter here. But today I had a couple reach out to tell me that they can’t join any more.
As a result, there are 2 spots open!
The details of this scouting adventure can be found here: https://brendansadventures.com/travel-photography-workshops/scotland/
Almost all my other announced trips are very nearly sold out. However, most have 1 or 2 spots left.
This is what is still available to book for 2026-2027:
Japan: I have exactly 1 space open on each of my Japan tours this fall.
New Zealand: There are 2 spaces for New Zealand their fall (2027).
Canada: I have 2 spots left for one of my favourite places on earth!
Slovenia + Croatia: There are 2 spots left on my landscape photography trip to the Adriatic region of Europe.
The Philippines: There’s also only 1 spot left for my 2028 trip in The Philippines!
Things are filling up fast, for sure. You can see all my trips for the next 2 years here.
There are still a bevy of trips being announced for 2028 both on my own and with TRVL Photography. There are some really cool and unique places being announced, and a lot of places that travel photographers just don’t really go - which is awesome. So stay tuned.
Latest from Australia
Oh man, I had such a good time in Australia.
In fact, I was having such a good time in the country that I started wondering what it would be like to move there.
You can see the latest of my videos from The Great Australian Photo Road Trip below.
It’s been a fun 2028 coming off my knee injury, I’ve managed to cover a lot of ground and visit some completely new places. In fact, this is the third “new” country for me this year - not an easy task when you’ve been to over 110.
So far, I’m absolutely loving it.
The food is awesome, the people are friendly, the architecture is unreal, and then just the sheer depth of the history is almost overwhelming. If you’re interested in the journey, be sure to head over to Instagram and follow me at brendanvanson. Or, of course, you can also check out the Trvl.photography feed to see what the whole team is up to.
And if you’re interested in Uzbekistan, the plan is for Greg to lead a TRVL trip here in 2028, so stay tuned for that!
Well, that’s it for me this week.
Oh, and also:
Go, Canada!
