Carnival just over last Tuesday so the summer is pretty much over as far as tourism goes here. March is more often than not a great time to visit to catch great weather with fewer folks around.
Today and in my next edition are two of the best ever properties to share in all my years with BBL. And they are about a minutes walk from each other! Another on that list is 3 minutes walk away, a Duplex falling out of bed onto the same beautiful cove mentioned here that sold 4 years ago. Right now the exchange rate is close to the best EVER rate for foreigners to buy which was last December for about a week. The Villa is located in Tabatinga 2. Tabatinga 1 is on the north side, across the lagoon shown below.

The seller is a Brit bro living and building high end properties in Turkey, in the beautiful Bodrum area. His plan was to renovate from ground up but decided to do it instead on his house there. Would like use the money from the Villa here to finish it off.
The Villa in need of a makeover, is a long story we can cover another time. However the funds are lined up to do it now to bring it up to the condition as shown here.
US$295K dollars is his asking price, quite a bit less than he paid in dollars 10 years ago as the real is so weak now. However the good end of that conversation again is that for the dollar / GBP / Euro etc. now it is a great time buy here and remodel if desired very cheaply.
The location is the diamond in the conversation. If the existing house was not there built when legal it could never be built today. Therefore the house is almost priceless!
This is as nice a property I know of of that is in any urban beach area on the 1000 kilometers of so of coastline I am familiar with in the North East. You are close to everything but seem like isolated from it all on your own deserted beach paradise.
