The Warriors Three and Superman
It's time for another all-Kirby classic! The Warriors Three got the short end of the stick in the MCU, but who says they can't battle on here in the pages of STF?

In addition to getting a new aged up T'Challa Jr. in the next Black Panther movie, Denzel Washington is said to have a role in it. Washington is one of my all time favorite actors and he has hinted that this may be his final performance, so I can't wait to see what he and director Ryan Coogler have in store. Thanks to Brian C, a Patron of this Blog , for suggesting this pairing!
Have the Xenomorphs finally met their match? Or will Gordon Shumway get the stuffing kicked out of him? The answer is only 60 cents away!
It's probably be a while before we see Sasquatch on the big screen, but I hope it eventually happens. A Zoo Crew animated series feels overdue as well!
Uh oh! It looks like The Grandmaster and Mr. Mxyzptlk are back for another round of their superhero championship! Who will with this round of The Infinity Wager?
This would promise to be a gritty tale that pulls no punches. These are two more characters that I have a hard time imagining working well with one another - but it would certainly be interested to read about.
What if Spider-Man had made his debut a few decades earlier? Maybe we would have seen the wall-crawler appearing in some classic movie serials, like the one above. Ah, what could have been!
Oh boy, something tells me that these two hotheads would not get along. Let's hope that they can find a common enemy that will get them fighting on the same side.
Presenting the sixth appearance of the Expansion Team ! I was very happy to hear that Incredibles 3 is in production, it will be great to see more Elasti-Girl action. Reed Richards will be back in Avengers Doomsday , but the trailer shows that he still has that stupid mustache. Either shave it or grow a beard to go with it, Pedro Pascal!
Nothing like a Kirby-Ditko combo to deliver some Silver Age action! Blue Beetle previously met the FF along with Booster Gold in STF #3590 . The FF met the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle in STF #1632 .
I'm not sure where the Vigilante identity rests at DC these days. I seem to remember Adrian Chase dying (suicide?) and that there was a female version for a bit. But with all the reboots and restarts, who knows, maybe Chase returned at some point? Or is the character currently in limbo?
It's about time that Blackhawk me some other high-flying heroes from World War II. let's just hope that he can keep his balance up there!
The new Lanterns trailer was a lot better than the teaser but I still have my reservations about the show. It still feels a bit like it's embarrassed to be a Green Lantern show, and I don't like some of the rumors I've read regarding the fates of some of the characters. Still, it's an HBO series and they are usually well written, and I do like the cast. A lot is riding on this series, so I hope it…
I'm not sure when Season Two of Creature Commandos is coming out, but it will be interesting to see where G.I. Robot's story will go next once it does. Will he make the leap to live action eventually? only time will tell.
Thank you to Yuri Volte, a patron of this blog , for suggesting this long overdue team-up! Deadman met Wolverine with the rest of the X-Men in STF #1991 , but I've never featured a cover with just the two of them. There's definitely story potential here.
Hela is one Marvel Villain that I would love to see make a return to the big screen. Cate Blanchett's performance and the visual depiction of the character in Thor: Ragnarok were spot on, and I'd love to hee her intereact with some of the other heroes of the MCU.
Tony Stark has often clashed with other billionaires, so I don't know how well he's going to take this new development. It might be fun to read about, though!
I had to groan when I saw that The Batman Part II has been delayed yet again and now will not come out until 2028. That probably also meant that we won't see Batman join the DCU until after that (if the DCU lasts that long between poor reception and company mergers). Hopefully whatever Matt Reeves has planned will be worth the six year wait for a sequel.
Recently, I found some reasonably priced Artist's Editions on sale an picked them up. These are books that collect full size images of original comic art. One that I got was The Best of DC War , which features lots of Joe Kubert pages. As if I didn't already consider him the best comics artist ever, seeing his techniques up close is truly a thing of beauty.
This cover comes about at she result of a suggestion by Marc Tyler Nobleman, comics' historian and Patron of this Blog . Thanks, Marc! I'm looking forward to Mr. Terrific's return in Man of Tomorrow, hopefully he will get another cool solo action scene.
Of all of the X-Men returning for Avengers: Doomsday , I am looking forward to seeing The Beast the most. He was cool in X3 , but we didn't get to see him in nearly enough action scenes. Hopefully that will be remedied in this new appearance.
For the conclusion of this Three-Part Epic, we get our third Atom and the revelation as to who has been behind these time twisting shenanigans! Let's hope Tracy and Choi can put an end to Chronos' evil plans!
For the second part of this three-part epic, We see that Tracy has tracked down Ray Palmer's whereabouts. Who is the secret villain behind this case? Make sure you return tomorrow for the thrilling conclusion!
As a short redhead growing up, I couldn't help but feel a certain kinship with Al Pratt. I was glad to see him eventually prominently featured in All-Star Squadron . This tale is only Part One of a Three-Part Epic, so make sure you come back tomorrow for the next chapter!
More recent versions of Space Cabbie depict him with a very futuristic looking taxicab. There was something cool to me about the original version, just a regular looking taxi with a big ol' fin in the back, zipping through the cosmos.
