I've been craving a good melt for a while, and this Spicy Crab Melt absolutely hit the spot. The filling is light, bright, and packed with flavor, with a good crunch from the pickles and red onion. Honestly, I could see this being the perfect beach-day bite this summer—it’s just as delicious chilled as it is warm and melty.
