Through the design and development of a web application, we improved the user’s experience by consolidating fragmented web applications and build a unified platform.
Working directly with engineering, we designed and developed a new platform that reduced the resources required to educate users on where all their information is and let them do the following tasks:
• Have control of their account in one place
• Review insight and transaction history
• Manage gateways, APIs, and authorized users
As a result, it is expected that customers will find it much easier to perform basic tasks as well as reduce the resources required to maintain and educate on how to use the previous system.
