Off the Backbar with Enzo
While I have a collection of bottles that would rival many neighborhood bars, the truth is that unless I’m tasting or testing recipes I rarely drink at home. (Don’t worry, though, I make up for that deficit out in the wild.)
But judging by the big eyes and wide smiles of friends, neighbors, and delivery guys who come by and the excited commenters whenever I post a pic of my makeshift bottle shop on Instagram, others would be going to town if they had ready access to such a lineup.
Thankfully, Enzo—who already spends an inordinate amount of time hanging out atop the kitchen cabinets and casually taking a break from his many naps to selectively topple the overstock bottles on the floor like bowling pins—has stepped up to raise a hand paw to volunteer his services to aid in making the most of my always-growing collection.
