My C.V. says I’ve had 32 solo exhibitions. It’s a testament to my poor record keeping that I have documentation for maybe 10 of them. These paintings were exhibited at Monte Clark Gallery in Toronto in 2008, in a show that received a very negative review—my only one—from Gary Michael Dault in The Globe and Mail. You can read it here, but you’ll need a subscription to bypass the paywall. The story behind the review is better than the review and the paintings.
