An Updated Classic

There’s something about iceberg lettuce in the summer that just hits right.

Hot temps outside… the cold, crisp crunch of the lettuce straight out of the fridge and the blank canvas of the lettuce offers limitless opportunities.

The Traditional Wedge Salad is anchored by a rich, creamy blue cheese dressing. Garnishes usually include crispy bacon bits, pickled shallots, maybe some tomato and definitely crumbled blue cheese on top.

The version I want to show you today is every bit as craveworthy, and uses a salad dressing that you probably haven’t heard of before.

This salad takes about 3 minutes to put together once you make the dressing beforehand.
