Is a Real Estate Side Hustle really worth it?

“Get a side hustle!”

Those are the new buzzwords of the year it seems. To me, they might be even more annoying than the “Team” buzzword that would infiltrate my corporate inbox on a daily basis that I wrote about last week. Despite the fact that “Get a side hustle” is extremely overused nowadays, I would be remiss not to say “Get a side hustle”.

How did my original side hustle start? Well, for the original one we would have to venture WAY back. Back to when I was 13 years old. I learned early on about the process of flipping. Flipping is exactly what it sounds like. Buy something for a certain price and sell it for more than you purchased it for. It doesn’t matter if it’s Real Estate, Widgets, Toys, Junk, Stock & Bitcoin (aka trading).
