The Binding and Loosing Decree

Believers must not be too casual or psychedelic to think that things just happen. Behind every unexplained rejection, every sudden shift in a relationship, every door that keeps closing for no clear reason, or every failure, there is often an unseen force at work.

Everything that happens in the physical is controlled by the spiritual. This may manifest in various ways: through people, through false identities, through agents operating behind a cover you were never meant to see.

However, the Bible does not leave us defenseless against this. Jesus gave believers power to counter every aggression and subdue every attack, control, or manipulation of the enemy against us. He said:

“Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 18:18).

This is the governing principle of spiritual authority. And we must exercise this authority against forces that would not be stopped except through this means.

Paul also says:

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).

The people around you are rarely the real problem. They are mere covers through which the real enemy launches their covert attack. What moves through them is what is worth discerning and addressing.

The following prayer is a spiritual warfare decree. A prayer of binding what has been operating covertly, and in the cover of darkness, and loosing you into the freedom Christ already purchased on the cross over two thousand years ago.

Spiritual warfare prayer is like a weapon of war. It is one thing to have it; it is another thing to know how to use it. And yet it is a totally different thing to actually use it.

These prayers are a guide to let you develop your own prayer language in spiritual warfare. They will help you take authority over every force, power, and agent of darkness working behind closed doors, false cover, and false identity in your life. Jesus has already given you power to bind the enemy and loose yourself and your loved ones from its grip, dominion, and control. Say these prayers aloud. Remember, there is power in the spoken word. Do not rush. You are an overcomer in Jesus name.

Pray With Me:

I stand, and I take authority in the name and by the blood of Christ; I bind Satan now. I bind every ruler spirit, every strongman spirit, every principality, power, ruler of darkness in Jesus’ name.

I bind all wicked spirits in high places, all princes, lords, and dominions assigned over me and in covert operation over my life, home, and destiny in Jesus’ name. I bind you all up and cast you out in the name of Jesus.

I bind every agent and agencies of darkness working behind closed doors, false cover, false identity, and false impression in my life; I bind you all up, and I cast you out into the nether regions in the name of Jesus. I forbid the return of all bound powers cast out. I forbid your revenge, or reinforcement over me or over all that belongs to me in the Name of Jesus Christ.

I bind every spirit assigned to bring me hurt, hate, harm, rejection, abandonment, failure, frustration, and misery. I loose myself from their grip now. I command every one of you all to loose your hold on me, immediately and permanently, in the Name of Jesus.

I stand on the authority of the Lord Jesus, and I bind you all up in Jesus’ name. I break your ranks. I undo your works and disrupt your operation. I corrupt your workings and break them all completely off me in the name and by the blood of Jesus. I declare them null and void and of no effect over me and my household in the name of Jesus. I decree and declare that from this day forward, I walk in the victory the Lord Jesus Christ has given me.

I confess that I am free indeed from every bondage, captivity, imprisonment, and delay in the name of Jesus. The Lord Jesus has set me free. I am no longer bound or controlled by any power of darkness remotely or by proxy now or ever again in the name of Jesus. Amen.
