A Beautiful New Live Transit Feature on Bodygraph.io

Ola, Hello and Aloha!

I’ve been quietly working on something new for Bodygraph.io, and today I’m really happy to finally share it with you.

If you’ve visited the site before, you probably saw the original Live Human Design Transit view. It worked, technically. You could see the transit, the planetary activations, and — one thing I personally loved — it even showed the Color and Tone, which meant you could sometimes spot potential transference dynamics playing out in the background of the day.

That was always a special detail. As many of you know, Ra often pointed out that the transit can move us into transference, and seeing those deeper layers of the mechanics was always fascinating.

But visually? Let’s be honest. It was… pretty boring.

It did the job, but it wasn’t beautiful. It wasn’t something you would open just to enjoy looking at it. There was very little interaction, and the overall design felt clunky and outdated. So I rebuilt it:

A Completely Redesigned Live Transit Experience

The new Live Transit feature is now something I genuinely love opening myself. It’s clean, elegant, and designed to make the mechanics of the transit visually intuitive.

Here’s what you can explore now:
• Live planetary positions calculated all the way down to Base
• All major planets included (even Chiron for yall Astrology Geeks)
• A beautiful integration of the BodyGraph and the Rave Mandala
• A clear visual display of where each planet sits within the hexagram structure

And one of my favorite parts:
You can see the full 64-Gate mandala together with the 384 lines surrounding it.

That means you don’t just read numbers as you can see where a planet is moving and instantly will be able to recognize:

  • when a planet just entered a gate

  • when it’s shifting from personal theme to transpersonal

  • or when it’s approaching the end of the hexagram

Mobile Experience Included

I also made sure this new feature works beautifully on mobile, too. On smaller screens the interface adapts so the BodyGraph remains clear and readable, while the Rave Mandala still exists in the background, creating a visually layered experience.

If you want the full mandala exploration, the desktop view is still the richest environment, but even on mobile it’s a surprisingly elegant way to quickly check the transit of the day.

Why I’m actually building these Tools?

Some of you know this already, but Bodygraph.io has always been more than just a random project to me. It was and is my heart project. From the very beginning it was founded with the support and the spirit of the Human Design Commons (the association a friend and I founded) idea: knowledge should be accessible.

Human Design is already complicated enough. The last thing we need is to lock every useful tool behind subscriptions. I’m simply not wired like that. And yes things can and will cost resources/money and that is fine though. And you know if I had the funding to build everything I imagine, bodygraph.io would already be more of an incredibly rich open resource for students, analysts, and curious explorers alike. Btw I am not complaining! There are many tools in development right now that I’m very excited about and soon-ish will let you know about. And most of them will remain completely free. The heart of the project will always stay the same:

Make the mechanics visible. Make knowledge accessible.

And Thank You!

Recently I received two donations through my Ko-fi page, and I want to say thank you so much. Seriously though. It means a lot!

There is also a little support coming from the Google Ads running on the site, which helps cover basic costs. But donations are different. They tell me that people actually value what I’m building.

So if you’ve ever used bodygraph.io and found it helpful… Thank you for being part of this journey and may you find all the information you need there.

You’re invited to come explore the New Transit Tool

If you’re curious, go take a look. Open the Live Transit. Play with it.
Explore the Rave Mandala. Share it with your friends. Send it to students.

And if you enjoy it, the best support you can give is simply this:
Come back to the site regularly.

Explore the Transit

Seeing the transit unfold day by day is one of the most beautiful ways to observe the mechanics of the program.

Have a beautiful weekend.
