Looking Beyond AI

The hype: the bandwagons, the urgency, the apocalypse, the pressure, the layoffs, the youthful enthusiasm, the euphoria, etc.

I’ve been challenging myself to look beyond the AI hype. What are the things to focus on that are “next”

Frankly, the AI brouhaha seems all too familiar. In my history, think Y2K, Agile, Lean Business Transformation, etc.

Without providing details, I’m focusing on the following to prepare for the next apocalypses following the AI/Zombie event.

• Building deeper human relationships,

• Investing in growing my regenerative leadership capabilities,

• Spending more time with my family, and

• Being kinder to myself and others.

All leading to creating a legacy that I’m proud of. With a steady hand on my growth tiller, guiding me through to the other side of the AI storm. Counting on my HI (human intelligence) to get me through.

I know, I know, I either have my head in the sand (or in the clouds).
