10 year ago I set on the adventure to screen print at home. I started the classic way with light sensitive chemicals, made a dark room out of my bathroom, saw how the chemicals went down the tub, same tub our family used and it scared me. But I really liked the ease and sharp prints of screen printing. So I went on a quest to find a way to combine screen printing with stencils so I could skip the chemicals. I tried all kinds of different screens, meshes, squeegees, stencil papers and inks until I had the holy combination, Bobbinhood was born.
We made and sold all those materials for years in our webshop and now that the webshop is closed (different eras ask for different business models, right?) we made a guide where we tell you all about that holy screen print combination. We spill our secrets about mesh counts, rubber stiffness, stencil papers and everything else you need to know to screen print without those scary chemicals at home.
And since we looooove paper goods we made it into an actual paper (magazine style) version. Only available through pre-order until Monday the 8th of June since we will doing one print run.
