Bradford on Avon Bowls & Croquet Club will be hosting a summer evening event to enable us to try bowls and croquet.
The date is Wednesday 8th July 2026 from 6pm until 8.30pm. This is a multi-tasking event of trying bowls and croquet, whilst socialising and networking!
The cost will be £15 per head which will include a Fire Tasting Menu cooked by Paul Harrild. Choose from:
Fire-Seared Bavette Steak Roll - bavette steak seared directly over the coals, served in a soft milk bun with rocket, Parmesan, and fire-roasted tomatoes and peppers.
Fire-Roasted Portobello Mushrooms on Wholemeal Sourdough - finished with herb oil, roasted garlic, toasted hazelnuts, and olive oil.
Cedar-Smoked Trout on Rye - cedar-smoked trout with crème fraîche, pickled cucumber, and watercress on rye bread.
Please bring cash for drinks as there is no card machine at present. Please wear flat shoes such as trainers.
Parking is suggested in the railway car park. Free after 6pm. Walk to the far end, down to the river, under the railway bridge, then keep left until you reach the entrance gate of the Club.
