Every developer tool I found online wanted me to npm install 200 packages just to format some JSON. So I started building tools as single HTML files. One file. Open in browser. Works offline. Done.
68 PRs on June 3rd. 693 by June 9th. 36 active contributors to 163. In one week. We had the data to tell this story all along - we just weren't reading it. Every time our SSoC 2026 scoring engine runs, it saves a timestamped snapshot. We'd been accumulating these files as backups. This week we turned them into a feature.
