On hand 1 of a riichi mahjong game, Josh immediately wins by ron'ing a massive 12-han hand, taking 36,000 points from me. This makes my point total negative and the game immediately ends. In another game, I managed to get to 92,600 points after a series of lucky, fast, and high-scoring hands, 5x as many as the second-place player and driving the third player into negative points. Yay!
