In my quest to USB C all the things, I recently USB C'd a wedge 2DS. I like this device as its nice and comfy to hold, definitely gives you the retro feeling more than the clam shell.
The DSi is almost the perfect handheld for DS emulation using Twilight Menu. So of course, it is made better by USB C charging.
