Yesterday, I ran an interview for a Senior SRE position. After a surprisingly good start, it became clear that the candidate was using some form of AI assistance. At the end of the interview, I became absolutely convinced that our conversation was streamed to an LLM that was answering our questions for her. So, what happened?
