Morning thrillers and killers.
My MASTIFF #1: Black, White & BLOOD Kickstarter ends TOMORROW NIGHT! I’ve pulled out all the stops, the files are ready to print, and fulfilment should be pretty quick. We’ve just passed AU$2,500 so I’m thinking about another mini-print? I wasn’t thinking we’d get this far, so wasn’t really prepared for it. I’ll think up something.

I am super exited to get work started on issue #2. But, in the meantime, let me tell you about another comic book I’m supporting on Kickstarter.

RE-ANIMATOR meets NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET PART 3. Dream warriors fight an eldritch evil. Based on the Dream Cycle by H.P. Lovecraft
Between 1918 and 1932, HP Lovecraft wrote a series of stories set in the “Dreamlands.” Like most of his work, it’s now in the public domain and has inspired everything from The Sandman to Nightmare on Elm Street.
Many stories focus on the character of Randolph Carter, who’s loosely based on Lovecraft himself. At the end of the Dream Cycle, Randolph has disappeared into the Dreamlands and is desperately trying to return home.
Our story picks up when he contacts his grand-niece, Margo, and asks her to rescue him. With the help of Herbert West III and Margo’s friend Winter, she sets out on a mission that unleashes an eldritch evil on the world.

Check out DREAMQUEST on Kickstarter. I’m a big fan of Clay Adams’ Frankenstein stuff, and I am REALLY looking forward to getting into this series.
