Don't trust AI, ever!

Before I get started ranting note the rebrand of “Possum’s Big Fiddle Bulletin” to “Possum’s Big Fiddle and Internet Culture Bulletin”. Now on with the tirade.

I confess to being one of the last people on earth to have not seen Breaking Bad. To avoid this dubious distinction I’ve taken a month’s sub of Netflix and I’m binging like a…er…something that rhymes with binging.

Being someone with the attention span of a fruit fly I was drawn to drill-down on some trivia in Season One, Episode 4 “Cancer Man”. There’s a scene with Walter, son and wife in their living room having a serious discussion and in the background a black & white 50s looking sci-fi film is on the background.

I immediately wanted to know which film it was rather than just continuing to watch the program at hand. In pursuit of the truth I turned to ChatGPT. Admittedly I use ChatGPT for almost everything. It’s pretty much taken over “The Google” for me where internet searching is concered.
