Welcome to another Monday! I’m so glad you’re here with us because we’ve got a lot to discuss!

Our podcast over the past several years has challenged what many of us believe is possible. I’m including myself here. I’ve expanded my understanding of such heavy topics as life after death, the nature of consciousness, the possibility that aliens are living among us, and an understanding of the energetic body as a dynamic and complicated system that we can maneuver and adjust for optimal health and wellness

So many of you have told us that you have been along with us on this journey, questioning what you once thought was the only way to look at something and stepping into investigating your own personal growth as it relates to some of the incredible new ways that we are all learning to think and feel and operate!

One of the side effects, if you will, of this kind of thinking is that if we can imagine A, B, and C as possibilities, we also have to imagine X, Y, and Z. This week we have a guest returning to the podcast who based his entire career on shaking things up and getting us to reimagine the status quo. Dr. Bruce Lipton has been a pioneer for half a century in the field of genetics, environmental influence on behavior, and a true definition of the genetic code itself. This week he is here to talk about his new book, which takes on another giant in the scientific community: Charles Darwin.

That’s right. The guy who sailed on The Beagle and formed the foundation for evolutionary biology. No one is immune from the wisdom of Bruce Lipton! He is challenging some of the most basic things science has held true about evolution, and the implications have the potential to literally change the way you wake up tomorrow morning.

We know so many of you are familiar with Dr. Bruce Lipton, but you’ve never heard him like this before! As you go about your life this week, look for things that you previously thought you understood completely and see if there might be an opening into new ways of thinking. I’m on this journey with you so let’s consider what previously might have been impossible together!

You might be surprised to learn that distressing, unwanted thoughts that get stuck in your mind, the thoughts that feel like you have to do something to try to “solve” it, stop it, or feel 100% sure about it can be signs of OCD. It’s true. OCD is nothing like the stereotypes about liking things organized. I’ve struggled with OCD myself, so I know how misunderstood it is, and how hard it can be to even figure out what’s going on… let alone get the right kind of help. That’s why I want to tell you about NOCD.

NOCD is the world’s leading provider of specialized OCD treatment, and all of their licensed therapists go through extensive, specialty training to identify and effectively treat OCD. NOCD Therapists know the many different ways OCD can show up, how it attacks the things you value most, and how to help you manage it so you can get your life back. In live, face-to-face virtual sessions, they’ll help you reclaim your time, confidence, and freedom. NOCD is covered by insurance for over 138 million Americans, and includes support between sessions.

If any of this sounds like you or someone you love, head over to https://learn.nocd.com/BREAK and book a free 15‑minute call with their team.

You never have to face OCD alone.
