By subscribing to the Launch Circle VIP tier of the Author Growth Substack, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Annual Promotion Benefit
   The VIP subscription includes one community promotion email per year of active subscription. This email will be sent to Author Growth subscribers, both free and paid, and will include a promotional blurb about your book (subject to approval by me), purchase links to your book, and promotional material on Instagram, Pinterest and Threads. This is designed to help you gain traction during your book launch or promotional campaign.

2. Pricing Requirement
   To qualify for the community promotion email, you must list your book at US$0.99 on the day of your promotion to maximise potential purchases from the community. This is a condition of promotion participation.

3. Promotion Timing and Availability
   Promotional placements are limited to one per week and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are encouraged to lock in your preferred week as early as possible, as availability cannot be guaranteed. If you need to reschedule your promotion date, placement will be subject to availability and may be delayed.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
   The Author Growth Substack will take all reasonable steps to support your promotion and encourage the community to purchase, but results are not guaranteed. We cannot compel members to buy your book.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms
   Your annual subscription payment covers your participation in the Launch Circle VIP for one year and includes your one promotional email. The payment applies regardless of the month in which your promotion occurs. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your subscription or do not use your promotion within the subscription period.

6. Price
   The price of the Launch Circle VIP tier is subject to change. Your subscription rate is locked in for the duration of your current subscription term but may increase upon renewal. Book in early to secure your space at the current rate.
