Hello from Beyond Euclid 215. Spring finally showed up this week. I had the windows open for the first time in months, which meant I got approximately nothing done and felt great about it.
This issue has a town that’s been shaped like a human figure for centuries, plant roots drawn by hand for 40 years, and wired headphones becoming a class statement somehow. Also AI eating journalism alive, Saturn’s hexagon, and a pretty solid argument that the university degree is becoming economically pointless. Among other things.
One more thing — I put a real chunk of time into this every week. If you get something out of it, a paid subscription on Substack or a contribution on Patreon makes a genuine difference. Forwarding it to one person who’d be into it is just as good. Thank you, seriously.
