The FCC has announced the dates for the upcoming translator window. https://www.fcc.gov/document/nce-fm-translator-filing-window-procedures-and-requirements . And, it’s not November like many of us thought it would be; and, not February next year like a large group of community radio folks requested. It’s August!! For those of you who might be interested in applying for a translator, NOW is the time to get started with the process. Preparing and submitting an application takes a lot of time. The engineers and attorneys will be filled up with clients soon.
