The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has sided with Black Power Radio against Pinellas County in Florida, finding that its parent organization, the African People’s Education and Defense Fund, “plausibly alleged both direct and circumstantial evidence that the County acted with a prohibited discriminatory intent.”
