🦾 How AI Compounds You (if you start now)

All of your workflows improve over time.

Agents, LLMs themselves, your skills, your connectors, your memory.

The key is to start with an MVP: the simplest set of things you need done performed cleanly and near-perfectly.

Keep refining it: update the skill, fix this, do that. Keep that up and your system learns, and you learn. It's a compounding effect.

Then every time they launch a new model, your workflows get better because the intelligence gets better. This means fewer errors, less correcting, and better over time as history/learning/memory compounds. It asks you fewer things, and you just get dialed in.

You're just chipping away at a big block of marble until you have the statue of David.

You keep removing what isn’t David. Then what you have is a highly functional and helpful AI-driven system for work and life.

And until you start chiseling away, all you have is a big block of marble.

This is the way.

Every wellness account tells you to look at screens less. Nobody actually does it. I don't. You don't.

So stop managing hours and start managing dose. The LITEZ All-Day 3 Lens system blocks up to 99% of the blue light coming at your eyes, and you change nothing about how you work.

Yellow for daytime. Orange for the evening. Red for the last stretch before bed. I rotate all three, every single day.

Same screen time. Less eye strain, fewer headaches, and you actually fall asleep.

BH readers get 10% off with code BHNL.

  1. Make one page in whatever you already open every day. Notion, a doc, a text file. Call it LOG. Do not design it.

  2. At the end of every work block, write three lines: what you worked on, how long it took, and whether it moved money or just moved.

  3. Do this for six weeks straight. Do not analyze it. Do not clean it up. The whole value is honest volume, and honest volume only comes from not caring while you write it.

  4. At week six, hand the entire log to Claude with one instruction: read this back to me. Where did my time actually go, what did I avoid, what pattern am I too close to see.

  5. Read the answer twice. The first read stings. The second read is your plan for the next six weeks.

  6. Keep logging. The report gets sharper every month because the data gets deeper, and nobody else has your data.

Spend 60 minutes today building the dumbest possible log. One page. Three columns: what I worked on, how long, did it move money. That is it. No dashboard, no tags, no system.

Everybody wants the AI to optimize their week. Nobody has six weeks of honest data for it to optimize against, so it optimizes a guess. Give it a real record and the advice stops being generic, because it stops being about people in general and starts being about you.

One hour to build it. Six weeks to fill it. Then it tells you things about yourself you would never admit out loud. That's the way.

I was wrong. I said Opus 5 would be as good as Fable 5. It’s somehow even better. And oh yeah, it’s half the price Opus 5 beats Fable 5 on almost every single benchmark and is significantly more cost efficient. Plus you can use your FULL limits on it Fable 5 is basically dead
