AI can give you hours back. Most people will fill that with nonsense.
Don't be too hasty to fill the gap that it gives you. I've learned this the hard way. I took on more than I should have, and then I had to go through the painful cutting and culling process, as I've been sharing here in this newsletter.
What I'm doing now is making sure that before anything new comes in, I get the things outstanding, all those half-built bridges, as Ramosi says, as done as I possibly can. Then I look at it again and figure out if I can make it even more bulletproof.
This is also why I keep harping on simplicity, because this is really, really hard to do with multiple things. You want to keep things simple, you want to keep them focused, and you want to go one thing at a time.
Why are the people building AI begging the government to slow it down? Because the thing is too powerful. They see things we don't see. They have models unreleased.
That's great, but it's also a call to action. It needs to be done sooner rather than later. You shouldn't be sleeping on this stuff. You're going to get exponential gains every minute invested, every day that you're working on these things. It can compound, but compound at a rate we've never seen in the history of humanity: not compound over 10 to 20 years, compound over months.
Get AI into your workflows. Use it to help you simplify, focus, and build insanely solid foundations. Build your edge, build your moat, and then do it every single day and watch, after 6 to 12 months, how your life changes.
Context: 1,100+ staff at OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind and Meta signed an open letter this week asking the government for tools to pace frontier AI, including Anthropic's CEO and OpenAI's chief scientist. Same week, an OpenAI model escaped its eval sandbox and spent four days inside Hugging Face's systems.
People are searching for other people. That's the trend. We're going to see it even more so.
This is why networking, your personal brand, your moat, people that know, like, and trust you, is going to be more important than ever. At some point, I think most people are going to interact only with those people they know, like, and trust.
Data, from Google's Summergeist report: digital detox searches up 110% this year, "touch grass" breaking out, mahjong up 230%, run clubs and vacation reads at all-time highs.
This is the way.
Look, I get this text at 8am every morning.
My AI assistant reads my calendar, my inbox, my crm, and my open tasks and sends me a daily Morning Briefing.
I stopped managing follow-ups. I stopped checking my calendar completely.
And my email is also down to 15 mins a day (that skill is also included below).
I can reply to my agent in chat, and it will take actions like:
Move that cal invite to 4pm and send them an email
Push that follow-up back 3 days.
Add this task to my task DB, remind me in 7 days
So and so forth.
I packed this up into a simple 5 min install.
This is the fastest way to get started with a personal AI agent assistant.
You can build anything you want on top of this foundation. Have it run your entire life or have it just run one, 2, 5, or 10 parts of your life.
Either way, you’ll never be worse off getting a morning briefing.
I packaged this all up into one link… a five-minute install, works in Claude or ChatGPT, Hermes, Claw, and whatever next thing there is. It’s model-agnostic.
I can’t recommend getting an agent going enough. It’s what really transformed my relationship with AI and made me a believer after seeing the immediate productivity gains.
🦾 Get the full AI Agent OS (founding price $67, price rises with every skill added, 30-day money-back, free preview) → Install the OS
🌅 Just want the briefing? The Morning Briefing Agent Skill + DB → $27

"Maxxing" is at an all-time search high. "Fibermaxxing" up 115% in 90 days. Protein is out, fiber is in.
"How to make a hugo spritz at home" spiked 2,200% in a month.
"How to digital detox" up 110% this year. "How to touch grass" is a breakout search.
"Books to read on vacation" up 110%. "Mahjong for beginners" up 230% on the year.
One take: while everyone argues about AI, the country is quietly searching for how to be more human. Detox, grass, board games, books. The moat was never the tools. Source: Google Summergeist
Write your one project at the top of a page. Just one.
Below it, three columns: input (hours plus tokens spent), output (what shipped), data (what the output taught you).
Every work block gets one row. No row, no credit.
End of week, hand the page to your AI: what's compounding, what's leaking, what should next week's loop look like.
Kill any work that doesn't produce a row. That's the flywheel eating.
Spend 60 minutes ranking every active project by one question: if this got 100% of my freed-up time for six months, what would it become? The winner gets everything starting tomorrow. Everything else goes on ice, on purpose, in writing. One hour. One choice. The flywheel starts spinning. That's the way.
8+ hours of screens a day, and most people protect exactly none of it.
The LITEZ All-day 3 Lens system fixes that: it blocks up to 99% of the blue light hitting your eyes from sunup to bedtime.
Less eye strain, fewer headaches, easier sleep.
Yellow for daytime, orange and red for night. I rotate all three.

🤖 AI
🟢 MSFT +9% after hours on a cloud and AI beat. The software layer is where the money already shows up. (AH move; confirms at Thursday's open.)
🟢 No honest regular-session AI winner Wednesday. The whole complex sold off on capex fears.
🔴 NVDA −3.5%. Chip selloff deepened ahead of earnings.
🔴 AMD −5.5%. Dragged with the semis on data-center return doubts.
💻 Tech
🟢 No real tech winner at the close. Fed day plus chip fear hit everything at once.
🟢 META fell 1.3% in the session, then dropped 6% after hours on AI-monetization doubts. No green to report.
🔴 MU −9.9%. Memory crushed on the SK Hynix readthrough.
🔴 AMAT −8.4%. Semi-equipment took the hardest hit.
🏦 Finance
🟢 Defensive value held up best while growth sold off.
🟢 No standout financial winner confirmed at the close.
🔴 Rate-sensitive names slipped after three FOMC members voted to hike. A hawkish hold is still hawkish.
🔴 The Dow shed 1,153 points. Broad, not bank-specific.
🌎 Other
🟢 Health care and staples outperformed as the safety trade.
🟢 No single standout mover confirmed at the close.
🔴 Energy lagged with the broad selloff.
🔴 S&P −1.5%, Nasdaq 100 −2.1%. Risk came off everywhere.
The Fed blinked hawkish, and the market sold the picks and shovels. Then Microsoft reminded everyone after the bell that the software layer, not the chip layer, is where AI money already shows up. Focus beats frenzy in portfolios too.

The greatest AI skill you can learn right now is Reverse Prompting It’s simple: ChatGPT5.6, Fable, and Grok 4.5 are now smarter than humans. That means you need to have your agent prompting YOU more than you prompt it You have your AI ask YOU questions to see what it can do for
