Greetings all!

A few weeks ago, MELT: The Memory of Ice screened for the first time at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, as part of the Digerati Experimental Media Festival. Some of you were there: thank you to all who came and/or reached out! It looked and sounded glorious and I will send a longer post soon with more news and thank-you’s!

But on to tonight!

I’ve been working away for the last couple of weeks on a new, immersive presentation: MELT: The Memory of Ice (topographic remix) for CU Boulder’s B2 Center for Media, Arts & Performance. It’s got 360 degree projection capabilities (six projectors!) and a 40.4 sound system for which we’ve created an incredible spatially dynamic Dolby Atmos mix. People will lie on ‘iceberg’ cushions on the floor and wander around (and yes, chairs are available if you are more comfortable that way!)

And for those of you with kids: Hazel is setting up an unofficial kids’ room with coloring, books, snacks, and games.

Get your free tix here!

Here’s a sneak peek from yesterday (excuse the bad iphone vid) — not a final runthrough but close:

The B2 Center for Media, Arts & Performance is located on the CU Boulder campus in the basement of the ATLAS building (floor B2, get it?) — a short walk from the Euclid Parking Garage.

Hope to see you there!

Love,
Betsey
