Just had a couple of days where my body just completely shut down. I didn't think I was working too hard, but I slept about 15 hours without meaning to it really fucked with me. I did a 5K over Thanksgiving break. Nothing crazy. It was hard mostly due the fact that I literally forgot that I had asthma, but still felt good to be outside for that long.
