And What You Can Do About It

Hi Friends! OOF! What a week—and it’s only Wednesday!?

I’ve noticed some extra emotional intensity lately, and there’s a lot happening in the ethers right now, too. With the Lion’s Gate Portal closing in, a New Moon in Leo tonight, and the solar eclipse, there’s definitely a lot of energy in the air.

There’s been so much energy and movement around me that I’ve realized I need to take a moment to GROUND and bring my energy back into myself. I’ve noticed myself wanting to distract rather than reconnect, so I’m grateful for the awareness and the opportunity to redirect myself back to center.

So much has shifted personally over the last week, and I’m in a bit of a recalibration period. And honestly, I think that’s part of the reason I’ve been thinking so much about alignment lately, which brings me to what I’m excited to chat about with you today: aligning your wardrobe with the life you’re living.

One topic I’ve been wanting to dive deeper into is why so many of us have a closet full of clothes, buy pieces we genuinely love, and yet still find getting dressed and feeling good in our clothes to be a daily struggle.

If you feel this way, you are not alone.

It’s a multi-part issue, but here’s the thing: it’s not just about the clothes.

There’s often something deeper happening in the relationship between you, your wardrobe, and the way you’re getting dressed.

So today, we’re going to get into why your wardrobe might not be working for you and, more importantly, the shifts you can make to create more alignment within your wardrobe.
