Hi, friends!
I hope you’re all having a wonderful week.
I’m currently in Nantucket, soaking up a little more ocean energy. I have such a soft spot for small, charming beach towns, and it’s been five years since I was last here. It’s every bit as chic, peaceful, and relaxing as I remembered.
It’s a bit rainy today which feels like the perfect excuse to wander downtown and do a little shopping. 😊 Stay tuned for some new finds! Maybe we do a Nantucket edit? The style is so specific here. Some of which I connect with and some I do not to be honest.
Yesterday, I was on the beach and it had me reflecting on where I was exactly one year ago. So often it feels like the progress we’re making isn’t happening fast enough. We focus on how much further we have to go instead of how far we’ve already come.
As I was reflecting, I thought about where I was at this time last year and it completely stopped me in my tracks.
A lot changes in a year—if you’re willing to look.
When I tell you that at this time last year I couldn’t even go out to lunch without feeling nauseous or on the verge of a panic attack, I’m actually being generous with how debilitating that season was.
