Something I’m watching really closely right now is how universities are responding to the changes in graduate student loan limits that will be coming this fall.

I learned last week that the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education voted to allow some public institution in the state to offer three-year bachelor’s degrees.

I’ve spent about two decades working in higher education policy.
