He’s having difficulty finding time to focus on what’s arguably the companies most important and urgent project1, whilst also having a team to manage, and many other “strategic” work…
FYI: We sold Hedira in December 2021 and the new owner has unfortunately not continued to develop Hedira due to some challenging personal circumstances.
In this post, I’m telling the story of how I decided to walk away from a profitable small company that I started. After making £1M in revenue, I made some of my closest friends redundant, let clients go and wound up operations altogether.
