Sept 2023

Stuff that made me feel alive:

  • getting ready to go out w my friends

  • summer selfies

  • messari mainnet conference

  • john summit set

Notes:

Show up when you don’t want to.

Nothing like that feeling you get when you finish doing that thing you had no interest in doing (gym, dating, laundry, reading, work that you procrastinated, tough convo w/ a friend about canceling plans that you could’ve had 4 days ago but let it fester, asking for time off at work, etc.), but then realize how amazing it was and how dumb you feel for the fact that you didn’t want to do it!

Rinse & repeat over & over again.

Oct 2023

  • kid cudi documentary is the realest shit i have seen all year

  • got kind of lazy and just lounged for some days

2.) dedication

3.) creation

Nov 2023

Stuff that made me feel alive:

  • solana breakpoint in amsterdam

  • playing tennis

Notes:

When you deal with uncertainty, shit goes wrong all the time.

But when you learn to embrace uncertainty, there’s a sense of confidence that grows, a sense of self-belief that you will be able to handle and adapt to whatever comes your way.

You have to be comfortable with fear, let the fear surge through your body, and take action anyway, and that is what navigating uncertainty feels like.

Dec 2023

Stuff that made me feel alive:

  • being home w fam in Houston

  • spotify wrapped

  • sunsets

  • brunch

Notes:

“There's nothing I really wanted to do in life that I wasn't able to get good at. That's my skill. I'm not really specifically talented at anything except for the ability to learn. That's what I do. That's what I'm here for.” - My fav Kanye Quote
