Despite the summer heat, New York has a golden glow that compels an immediate shutter click from whatever camera you have in your pocket.
The cobblestones are enticing, the greens are captivating, and the Knicks energy is electric.
I landed a few days before Game 3 against the Spurs. I stayed through the win, and right into the opening of the World Cup.
In between: a city hall wedding, a first visit to my new employer’s office in Brooklyn, a morning journaling sesh in Central Park. I double-fisted two film cameras the whole time: a Canon EOS 88 and a Fuji Natura Classica.
