If you’ve ever felt like you were too much for the world, or like you were not quite enough, you’re in good company. I’ve felt that too. Not just once, but over and over. Each time, I’ve had to dig deep, let something old fall away, and allow a new version of me to come through.
What I didn’t realise until recently is that this process of transforming, shedding, rebuilding... it isn’t just something I’ve been doing for myself. It’s what I’m here to help others do too.
For anyone who’s into astrology, you’ll know that your rising sign shapes how you move through the world. Scorpio rising brings a quiet intensity, a pull toward the things most people would rather avoid: grief, trauma, shame, fear. But it also brings depth, strength, and a deep capacity to hold space for others in their pain.
This energy runs through everything I do as a therapist. I don’t work at surface level. I’m not interested in quick fixes or pretending everything is fine when it isn’t. I work with the parts of you that feel hidden, messy, raw or stuck. The parts that are aching to change but don’t quite know how.
I work best with people who feel things strongly. People who have spent a long time trying to hold it all together. People who have masked, performed, pushed themselves hard, or used food, work or perfectionism to numb what’s underneath.
Maybe you’ve been living in survival mode for years. Maybe you’ve been told you’re too sensitive, too emotional, too much. Or maybe you’ve just lost touch with who you are beneath all the noise.
I’ve walked that road too. I don’t see myself as someone who’s got it all figured out. I’m on the journey with you. But I’ve done enough of the work to sit with you through yours. And I’ve learned how powerful it can be to do that in a space where you feel safe, seen, and not judged.
This isn’t about chasing a perfect version of yourself. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been underneath the coping. It’s about learning to feel, to rest, to trust yourself again. And to build a life that feels more like yours.
Transformation isn’t always neat. But it’s real. And if you feel something stirring in you, like it’s time for a shift, I’d love to walk alongside you.
My first group therapy sessions for binge eating and ADHD begins in September (I may change the title!) You can click here.
I also offer one-to-one therapy online and in person in Norwich. If you’d like to connect, you can contact me here.
You don’t have to do this alone.
