A quick reminder before life speeds back up…

Every once in a while, someone writes an article that stops me mid-scroll and reminds me what the game is really about. The one linked below did that for me.

Via my writing, I also talk a lot about money, markets, opportunities, returns, strategies, “getting ahead”… but the truth is, everything you and I chase is downstream from a single, non-renewable resource: time — and the people we spend it with.

The writer, Scott Melker, lays out something both simple and sobering:

As life speeds up, our available time narrows, our circles shift, and the moments that matter most quietly become the rarest asset we own. And the data and charts he shares behind it all… Makes the message even harder to ignore.

If you want a reset before the holidays — something grounding, human, and clarifying — this is worth reading. It’s a reminder that relationship equity isn’t built in transactions, but in hours… and those hours, as we age, are more scarce than we realize.

Here’s the article.

It’s a good one.

P.S. Time is the one asset they can’t inflate. That’s why I’m bullish on income streams that respect it. My Texit mining setup is one of those hands-free cash-flowing things that pays me while I’m actually living my life.
