CLTP Studio Session is the official weekly podcast of Charlotte-based podcast consulting and production firm, CLT Podcasting. At CLT Podcasting, a.k.a. Charlotte Podcasting, my team and I deliver numerous services designed to help new storytellers bring their ideas from concept to launch and growth. Our services are based entirely around what you need in your podcasting venture so you’re never having to pay for more than necessary.

If you are ready and able to learn how to handle all of the creative lift behind podcasting but need a coach to help keep you focused and plan to meet your goals, then our consulting services are the perfect fit. If you like the recording process but others have zero interest in learning the creative side, our team can handle everything from post-production to hosting, distribution, and promotion.

Every podcast starts with a microphone.

But successful podcasts don’t stop there.

They become brands. Communities. Marketing assets. Business development tools. Creative outlets. In some cases, they even become entire media ecosystems.

This isn’t a show about expensive gear.

It’s not a show about chasing algorithms.

And it’s not a show about becoming famous overnight.

Instead, CLTP Studio Sessions is about helping creators think differently about what a podcast can do.

Over the years, we’ve worked with creators, business owners, nonprofits, and organizations who all had one thing in common:

They saw podcasting as a way to share their message.

What many of them didn’t realize was that podcasting could also become:

  • A networking tool

  • A business development strategy

  • A content creation engine

  • A personal branding platform

  • A source of long-term authority within their industry

Too often, podcasting conversations focus exclusively on downloads and audience size.

Those things matter.

But they’re only part of the picture.

The real value of podcasting often comes from the relationships you build, the opportunities you create, and the content ecosystem you develop around your show.

That’s the conversation we want to have.

Episodes of CLTP Studio Sessions will be short, practical, and designed to provide actionable insights that creators can immediately apply.

Topics will include:

  • Podcast strategy

  • Content repurposing

  • Sponsorship opportunities

  • Personal branding

  • Audience development

  • Content marketing

  • Business development

  • Creative entrepreneurship

  • Building a media ecosystem around your show

Whether you’re launching your first podcast or looking to get more value from an existing one, our goal is to help you think bigger about the role podcasting can play in your business and creative journey.

One of the first concepts we’ll be exploring is something we call Content Real Estate.

Most podcasters think they’re creating a single piece of content.

In reality, every episode creates multiple assets:

  • Audio content

  • Video clips

  • Social media posts

  • Blog articles

  • Email newsletters

  • Website content

Each of these assets represents an opportunity to reach new audiences, create partnerships, and generate value.

The creators who thrive long-term aren’t simply producing content.

They’re building portfolios of digital assets that continue working for them long after an episode is published.

We’ll dive deeper into this idea in an upcoming episode.

At CLT Podcasting, we believe podcasting is one of the most powerful tools available to creators and businesses today.

Not because it’s trendy.

Not because it’s easy.

But because it creates opportunities for meaningful conversations, authentic relationships, and long-term growth.

If that sounds like something you’d like to explore, we invite you to subscribe, listen, and join us for the journey.

Welcome to CLTP Studio Sessions.

Let’s build something worth listening to.
