New Podcast "Quality Lit Game"

I started a podcast with and Clementine Ford called Quality Lit Game, a reference to a Terry Southern coinage from a Plimptonian profile of that unsung comic novelist. We discuss One Battle After Another by Paul Thomas Wes Anderson in the first episode, a terrible film whose adulation I fail to understand — or better yet, fail to enforce. I may also fail to articulately explain my qualms in this episode, but that’s for you to tell me in the comments below. My major quibble, which shares a fate with nearly all adaptations (however loose, however intimate), is the stark inferiority of the film to the novel it was lobotomized from, Vineland by the — as it turns out — inimitable Thomas Pynchon.
