A small section of upper Highbrook Road between Champlain and Bloomfield Roads will be temporarily closed to facilitate the installation of new water and sewer services. The closure will occur near 94 Highbrook Road on August 25, 2026. During construction, Highbrook Road will be closed to through traffic. Through traffic will be detoured around the closure using Bloomfield Road. Follow all posted detour signs.
This closure is necessary to safely complete the water and sewer work. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while the work is underway.
