It is no secret that us Brits are biscuit obsessed. The UK sweet biscuit market is said to be worth £2 billion a year, and last year we produced seven billion biscuits.1
A fair share of those will be Custard Cream biscuits. A British institution, and my personal favourite. So, it made sense to kick off my biscuit series with a home made version. I couldn’t resist adding a flavour twist too, with these very grown up Coffee & Cardamom Creams.
