Money ruins everything . . .

I want to live in a world where the amount of money someone has is irrelevant to their perceived value. Actually, even more than that, I wish there was no such thing as money at all. It’s an absurd construct that is truly driving us into extinction.

I don’t know how to escape this era other than trying to build community not centered around money. Yet I live in this era and figuring out where my income will be coming from, because the grocery store doesn’t accept writing workshops as a form of payment. Yet.

So, I am turning on the payment option for the Bad Habits Writing Academy, I invite you to become a paid subscriber, while simultaneously telling you that you will get nothing different than those who have a free subscription. This is the way I’ve come up with so those of you who want to contribute something can, without it ruining things.

So, regardless of this payment thing, all BHWA Work Rooms will always be free. I am also working on a lineup of paid workshops, coaching, editing, and accountability services that I will share when I have the offerings ready. And I will always offer free/discounted spots in these offerings.

If anyone is reading this and already knows they want to work with me, please let me know. If you are new to writing, returning to your love of writing after a hiatus, struggling with a project, or in the last stages of a book, I can help.

Thanks to all of you that are a part of our writing community. I don’t know where I would be without you showing up for me and each other. That’s something that priceless (as everything should be).
