In the outskirts of City reside two superheroes, Charlie and Dougie, who protect the city from threats when they feel like there is nothing better to do. They'd rather spend their time sitting around than be super epic. Their world suddenly shifts when a superhero with actual motivation and passion starts to pick up their slack.
